I have been coming here for the last three years due to the fact that our office is closeby. In the beginning there were a lot of problems with moist. At my last stay I realized that really nothing, but nothing has been done to even give the idea that the property was well maintained. Even the sink was not properly maintained. Probably the owners want to change the 2 storey building into a tower. This was my last stay.

Hotel staff, particularly Juan and Juliet, were very helpful and courteous. Morning breakfast was good. Facilities and location were better than expected. Many dining options and nightlife within walking distance. A swimming pool would have made this a 12 out of 10 stay.

I asked for a series of favors due to an inconvenient in my business trip, and Alejandra, the receptionist, was kind and thoughtful. I will surely be back, what a great service! The room was clean, silent and fresh. I liked everything.

The location is a nice residential area, great location for exploring Laureles. The staff are super, very friendly and helpful with anything you need - from booking tours and taxis to a clogged toilet ;-) Quiet during the night. Even for being in Medellin, we found it a bit expensiv for the level of hotel. Quite basic and small room, but clean and quiet during the night and day.

Guest service Facilities N/A

The door to enter the front lobby is locked at night time and has no way to enter without ringing a bell and disturbing the other guests. There are no window screens to keep the mosquitoes from entering the rooms.

ac not working properly

Beautiful and very quiet location and genuinely nice and helpful staff. Every morning they served authentic Colombian breakfast. The room window was directly in the internal courtyard, which was anyway very quiet.

The location is great. The facilites are old and not well maintained.

Location Room was hot no windows and just very poor ventilation, also bathroom floor was seeping water true and shower door didn’t close!!! And don’t ask for early breakfast! And just poor communication!!!

the staff were amazing, helped from check in all the way to check out. the hotel was very nice. situated away from the city noise. breakfast was delicious. I have a fussy eater who is 7 but he ate everything and even wanted more. thank you for everything

the room is nice. The hotel is pretty this is a hotel for Colombianos and families. Very quiet. Foreigners interested in La 70 (where all the nightlife is) should look elsewhere no smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, even on the outdoor terrace

The shower, the neighbour Teeny tiny window on the second room they gave me. I’ve paid for a room with Air Conditioning and they gave me first a room with a fan and no windows at all. I came for breakfast at 9:02 and it supposed to finished at 9:00, they were very rude, in the end they just put a bowl with some cereal with yogurt very rudely. I did not feel was particularly clean environment, even walls looked very dusty
