This hotel is well located just a block away from La 70 (the zona rosa for Laureles) so is very well located, and the Exito is just a block away also, super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, I give them all 5 stars. The room was clean and funcional especially for the money. The bed was typically hard as are most beds in budget colombian accomodations, and the pillows left much to be desired, which would be my biggest suggestion to fix. Just some better pillows would make a huge difference. I would not say that the location is super noisy, in fact its a bit better than most since it is off 70 and on a less traveled side street parelling 70. Noise is just a part of life in Latin America. WiFi was strong in room 302, and I had plenty of hot water too. The bed and pillows needed improvement.
