Older property, friendly staff, older but clean room, key card that didn't work, pool, small workout room, small breakfast, slow elevator, seems like a lot of kids come here for baseball tournaments.

Clean room and helpful staff.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. But the tiny complementary bottle of lotion had been used and half gone. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo. More attention needs to be made to the bathroom. They were great and friendly with my dog. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Overall it was comfortable and welcoming. But they really need to pay more attention to the bathroom amenities.

Was not impressed by the hotel… although the room was clean it didn’t look like it was maintained well. Will probably not stay here again.

Bed wasn't that comfortable either. I felt every move my husband made. Both room keys stopped working on the 2nd day.

If there is one thing I enjoyed more during my stay. It was the shower head water pressure.

Wonderful stay, room was clean, staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the Rogue Valley next time.

Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast attendant was kind. Very minimal amenities in the room. One bar soaps and small lotion bottle.. had to use the bar for hands and shower. Two towels for three guests. Toilet paper rolls were both almost empty and no extras left. Seemed cheap. There's a park in front of the property with a lot of transients. People were in the parking lot being loud til late at night. Breakfast selection and space was really small and crowded. The photo on the site isn't the current breakfast setup. Only one elevator so it takes a really long time when it's busy.

The first room had several issues. The refrigerator was not working, and water from the freezer had leaked throughout the refrigerator compartment. The on/off control knob for the refrigerator was missing. The window tracks were dirty and appeared to contain black mold. While soap, lotion, and hair conditioner were provided, there was no shampoo available. The tissue box was also dirty and looked unclean. The staff moved us to a different room, an upgraded king suite. While the room itself would have been very nice, it had similar housekeeping issues. Once again, there were no tissues in the tissue box, there was an excessive amount of conditioner provided but no shampoo and there was trash left on the bathroom floor. I reported these concerns to the manager when we checked out. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the owner had chosen not to replenish certain supplies. As an example, he mentioned that the juice machine was out of service because replacement juice cartridges had not been purchased. While the staff was courteous and attempted to address our concerns, the overall condition of the rooms and the lack of basic supplies were disappointing.

Not sure if bathtub was stained or just dirty, but a good scrubbing with comet would help either way. Otherwise sheets, towels etc were clean, had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Seems the new normal is that they only clean the rooms when requested but the cost of rooms is still going up. Again, paying more for less like everything in the world these days. Overall nice place room fridge did not work.
