Hot tub was hot and clean. Breakfast and coffee was above expectations, and clean well kept rooms

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. It looks safe to park since it's away from the busy areas. The staffs are very helpful and jolly. Only downside of the hotel is the dining area, there's not much tables and chairs.

Very clean
-
Nice place we enjoyed staying there

1st room they checked me into wasn't cleaned...at all. Second room was clean, but the duvet cover was ripped, and the blackout curtains had holes in the the size of quarters . Clarion used to have some prestige, some class. At least this one I stayed had had let itself go. Will Not be my choice next time.

no complaints!

Disadvantages or things that need improvement: The breakfast needs updated. During our 3 days there was no yogurt, the sausage option is overcooked and the breakfast staff although nice, was impatient and was rushing everyone out long before advertised breakfast hours were over. It felt very unwelcoming and instead of enjoying our breakfast it felt we needed to leave. There were no towels 2 days we asked for more. They may need to invest in more as a site so this isn’t happening during high traffic times. The property seemed to have a high traffic of homeless (addicts) Almost every time we came and went they were either out front or trying to book rooms with cash etc. One of our mornings the manager scolded a Women for taking too much breakfast and feeding people whom were not staying at the property.

I made my reservations two weeks in advance. I was detailed on number of room n beds needed. I stated I have a service dog. I had this set. I added a day a week ahead n was told that this would not be a problem. When we arrived they had overbooked. Not my problem I reserved my rooms 2 weeks in advance, no problem then. I was given a room with a king bed that had a hole in the middle of it like a swimming pool. The day manager told me that’s all he had n he was booked to capacity. Said he’d have maintenance take care of it. Nope left us in that room n no repairs to bed. We were booked for 4th floor with connecting rooms like I asked so I was close to my sister. Nope. The next morning after a terrible night I asked about another room. The night manager said there were no notes regarding the issue. I took her to the room and shared with her what the bed was like. She was shocked. Moved us to another room n she did let me know that there were two rooms we could have been moved too, but wasn’t. I will say the woman who took care of the dining area was fabulous n kept the area very clean. Won’t stay again n more than likely not use Expedia again.

We checked in late and had to be up early so we didn’t use the amenities. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did have a leak in the bathroom and the staff were quick to switch our room and were very accommodating. There was sufficient parking for the hotel.

Service was awesome even at continental breakfast the worker was super sweet and kind!

The first night the shampoo container was empty. The lightbulb in the bathroom was out. The second day was still out. The soap is like the size of a nickel. I had a weird smell of the room like musty. The breakfast was OK.

Wonderful staff, great beds, and nice hotel
-
Staff was kind and extremely accommodating

1 light bulb was out in bathroom. I reserved a suite king room but was given a regular king room. Clarion showed me that they charged for regular king and that expedia paid for regular king. I was charged for suite king room by Expedia.
