Executive Residency by Best Western Medford

Just an overnight stay, but clean, convenient and great place to stay.

Couple minor physical things that probably would not prevent another visit.Card reader at side door failed. Ice machine under repair and non-functioning. Ice maker in refrigerator had to be turned on manually. Could have used an ice machine, but not critical.

How close to airport it was. Hotel felt like a motel with a # in its name. I Didn’t like the run down feeling, room was clean, but not as nice as other BW or other brands. I will spend a little more to stay at a nicer place. And there is no shuttle service to airport, so that was an added expense not planned for.

The room was clean and updated. It was under construction. There was kinda a mess everywhere.

No breakfast, gym as mentioned while making reservation. Very dirty near the coffee place. Room smells bad.

Hotel was as expected for a short stay.

Totally different hotel which wasn't the information we received. No breakfast available due to change of owners. Horrible beds. Front desk rude. Won't go back.

The room has a stove, but there are no pots, pans, spoons, forks, knives or other kitchen utensils. What's the point of having an empty kitchen in your room? To raise the room price?

It was a quit and comfortable place to sleep the night away.

Clean room the lobby was under repair.

And there is no breakfast btw.

Wish there was a little stronger water pressure for shower but everything is always clean comfortable and cozy. The in room recliner chair is the best!

Superb

Our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable. Our interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful. If we need to stay in Medford again we will definitely book our stay here. Our timing. The dining area is under construction and there is no continental breakfast at this time. But it looks like it will be a nice setup.

Exceptional

Maybe in a few months they will get it together but here's where it's at right now (8/14/26): *No utensils, no glasses or dishes, no pans, no containers--nothing to cook with or even serve a sandwich on. Everything has been removed from the room; *No daily room service unless you specifically request it; *Reported bathtub clogged with hair--twice--and would not drain. In spite of assurances that maintenance would fix it, it never was done; *Apparently no maintenance staff available; *No TV guide and no interactive remote. If you don't know what station number you want, the remote is worthless. And stations are not normal numbers, i.e. 35-1 or 42-2?? *No breakfasts provided anymore--not so much as a slice of toast, although coffee was available; *no ice machine other than in the freezer of the refer--when cubes are made the racket will awaken you if you're sleeping; *pull chain on window covering sticks badly requiring two handed operation to prevent kinking; *carpets are threadbare, seams are torn and elevator floor was pretty dirty--don't drop anything; *no airport shuttle; *hotel staff are nice enough but uninspiring. During the transition and until upgrades are made (which I think they are working on), this hotel in Medford is off limits for my business travel. Candlewood suites next door or Marriott Residence Inn near are better solutions for similar price.

I reserved a suite/kitchenette. Refrigerator and 2 burners were fine but there were no dishes, pots and pans nor silverware. Every kitchenette I have ever stayed at had these amenities. Our room was clean but there was nothing in the shower bottles…no shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. Then the window shade fell on me when I went to open it the 2nd day. Front seat just said “ok” nothing about whether I was ok or someone will come fix it. Elevator was filthy!

Kind staff, efficient check in, very nice room. Safe part of town.

Clean room

Unfortunately the hotel was not as described online. It was very nice and comfortable but there was no gym as indicated and Jo breakfast as also indicated. They are going through a remodel and apparently that’s why. We were told we could purchase breakfast. The elevator floors were very dirty but other than that it was great.
