We stay here every year as part of our golfing trip. Love this Hampton. Just have one recommendation. Would be nice if they had liquid soap by the bathroom sink instead of bar soap.

When we got there to check in, I was greeted by an less than enthusiastic individual. I was barely acknowledged. Once I was assigned a room, I proceeded to the room to find that the room had not been cleaned. I went down explained that I would need another room as my room was clearly not ready for a new guest. There was nothing but a new room given. Which was ultimately what I wanted, but there was no apology, barely even an acknowledgement of the situation. We proceeded to the room and it was fine. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the eggs and sausage were barely edible. While I was drinking my coffee, I had a clear view of the front desk where I witnessed a couple trying to get someone to come to the front desk for over 25 minutes. In that time, no one came through at that time. Seems like a very long time for no one to come through to the front desk. Over all the property did what I needed it to do, it gave me a place to stay for the evening, but the service was not the best. To feel like you are burden more than a guest is never a good thing. Seriously doubt I will ever stay here again.

Rooms are clean. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We’ve decided this is our stopping point when traveling northeast to visit family.

Welcoming staff, warm cookies at reception, fully stocked breakfast, clean rooms, and very quiet and soundproof rooms. The pool was VERY, VERY ice cold, but it was nice sized and clean. The Room AC was doing its job like a boss!! It's a perimenopausal lady's dream come true!

Wonderful & comfortable hotel. My only minor complaint is that it took the bathroom water about 30 minutes to get hot for showers, shaving, etc. Everything else was fantastic!
