Quality Inn & Suites Medina - Akron West

The bed was very uncomfortable and also old.it definitely wasn’t Quality at all.i will not be returning.

Breakfast was pretty good…shower leaked badly and soaked my wallet that I had on the back of the toilet… poor design of bathroom set up. Light fixtures on walls seemed close to falling off, power outlets in lights didn’t work..carpet kinda nasty..

The bed was so old and unsupportive/uncomfortable, the room was so musty smelling, the breakfast was cold, and the housekeeping was in my room before I checked out and dumped my coffee and moved my things while I ran my bag to my car before getting the rest of my things.

Room smelled musty had to keep window open. Breakfast bar not worth eating.

The room i had got sold out from underneath me. When I arrived I was told it got canceled but no phone call or email was given to me. So I was highly upset as I had to find another hotel for the weekend as I had my sisters with me abd we drove 3 hours to be here. Will not be staying here again.

Good friendly helpful staff and cleanliness and felt welcome and safe. Well situated and accessible to main roads. Good coffee, lol! Well lighted areas surrounding the property. Extending the breakfast time till 10 am would have been nice for late arrivals the night before….

The rooms were clean, the night shift was really nice, the first shift front desk lady had an attitude, the lady that does the food was super nice and friendly! She deserves a raise! The dog area was over grown and there wasn’t any poop bags.

The room was very stinky, I think the carpet needs cleaned. Mold in bathtub also mold along grout on bathroom floor. We didn't use the shower because of that. The bed was totally uncomfortable, very hard and every time you would move it made alot noise. We left early couldn't stand the smell.

Nothing. Quality Inn, Medina I would give this hotel 1 star, or less if possible. My family and I visited Medina and booked here for 2 nights. Even though the parking lot only had a few cars, we were given the only room in the hotel with zero view – our room window was behind the roof overhang of the entrance. In addition, the keycards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn’t work. That is not the reason for my negative review. The carpets appear to be clean, but waking barefoot inside the room resulted in a black residue on the bottom of our feet - sticking to the bathtub and almost impossible to remove. It was disgusting. It would benefit the Quality Inn group to remove this property from their inventory as it tarnishes their otherwise good brand image. I would NOT recommend staying here.

This place was dirty, old and the bed made so much noise if you moved it woke anyone sleeping in the room with you. Definitely not up to the Quality Inns I have stayed in before.the potholes were so deep in the parking lot I had to get my tire checked and fixed after hitting it at the wrong angle ☹️ Would not recommend, unless you are solely booing on price alone

Convenient to the interstate. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Hallways smelled and bathroom and carpet in room was very dingy. But beds were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was bad from day one. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was the main reason I booked this property. The clerk gave me keys to a dirty / occupied room that was smoked in. The new room was okay, but everything in the hotel was run down or in need of repair or replacing. The water in the bathtub would not turn off, so it ran all night long. Carpet in the hallway was filthy. None of the side doors / emergency exits closed all the way or locked. So they were open 24/7. Whomever runs this place is poorly misrepresenting "Quality Inn".
