Room was clean very comfortable good ac blowing everything was good

Decor was super tacky. There's a bright blue bird bath by the front door. Hallway "art" consists of panels w Dollar Tree 3-D stick-on plastic butterflies, flowers, fabric garlands, and so on. The large black-and-white photos over each bed were of Niagara Falls and the Maid of the Mist--which have nothing to do w Medina nor its environs. The worst thing is that there was a still-wet coffee dribble on the phone base. There was a small brownish blob of something in the shower. And a few other signs that surfaces hadn't been cleaned. The pillows had no substance.

Great stay for the price

We were pulling a 6x12 enclosed U-Haul. There was plenty of parking on the side of the building with double spaces suitable for pull-through parking. There also was a casino building not far away, but apparently not open on the week days, or, at least, not late at night. No noise or colorful casino lights at 2 am, when we arrived, or at 10 am, when we left. Some nice little quacky ducks in the canal behind the property parking lot.

Gladly switched us to a first floor room when we found out there wasn't an elevator. . No elevator, breakfast was minimal, and room smelled badly of smoke.

Staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower accessories...movable grab rail and wall mounted soap and shampoo was a plus, overall a great stay! Tv...optional format was frustrating, not your fault they are subscriptions

Second time staying at the property. Room was still clean as expected and the AC worked wonderfully. Staff great to deal with. Mattress could be changed

The price for this hotel doesn’t match the accommodations. We flew in CLE to visit family, but wanted to break up the drive since the flight got in at almost midnight. I wasn’t expecting much, but this hotel fell below my expectations. The one positive, the bed was comfortable. The negatives outweighed that. There were many parking spots taken up by construction vehicles and materials (thinking long-term guests), so finding a spot was difficult. At check-in I was not told when breakfast or checkout was; I had to read the signs posted to get that information. When we entered the room it stunk. It smelled like dirty dog. We did not have a pet. The room looked like it had been “updated,” but it was more of a coverup situation. The shower head was very low making it difficult to shower. The power chair in the room, which was an odd touch, didn’t work. When we asked for two extra towels the not so personable housekeeper told me she didn’t have any. The worst part was breakfast. There were two types of cereal and milk. I think maybe a bread. The juice was awful. The silverware nonexistent. No fresh fruit, no warm items, no peanut butter or cream cheese. The breakfast area dirty. I wasn’t expecting great, but it was bare minimum. I would probably opt to stay in my car and save the money over this location next time.
