The river view was incredible day & night. Bed comfy and room clean. Great location as you didn’t need to go far for a delicious meal, with plenty of options to choose from. Or a short, scenic walk into the CBD for shopping. Staff were friendly and accommodating, with a few changes to our stay to make it a memorable one.

Chromecast didn’t work for 2 days. Unhelpful staff. Couldn’t understand them most of the time. Room cleaning was crap

Everything was exceptional, the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. I could not ask for more. In fact, we are going to stay there again in a couple of months. I do not believe that anything could have been done to make the experience any better than it was. The staff in the club lounge were fantastic, Anyone considering staying at this hotel should consider the upgrade to the clubrooms as it is well worth it!!

Beautiful room, comfy beds, friendly staff, well stocked amenities. The only quibble was an elevator that was glitching.

The bed is quite good and its bathroom is OK. Staff are good and bad. We that its parking place is such a fraud. The basement was not their parking place but it has its name on the plate. The real one is far from the hotel. So They probably use this to charge a lot. Additionally the safety for the swimming pool is very weak which caused my partner damaged as it was so slippery. And when she got hurt, the staff wasn't come but just watch at first.

The bathroom is gorgeous; spacious & luxurious. There was a damaged can of Redbull in the fridge & the TV in the bedroom has connection issues.
