The location was amazing, being extremely central and a great play for tour buses to collect and drop off. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any requests and situations. The place was going through major renovations (while not loud, the majority of the amenities were closed). There were issues in the room which staff fixed after a day (reported straight away but maintainence had left for the day) but did ruin the first night. Breakfast choices were more on the mediocre side.

The hotel is centrally located and we loved being able to look out at the park during the day! Decent breakfast included and the evening front desk staff were so wonderfull There are renovations going on and I was above the work so I could hear it during the day.
