Location is central and a short walk to Southbank, Botanic Gardens, tram and trains. Good selection of food buffet breakfast. Great view of Yarra from our room. Stayed two nights. 2nd morning buffet breakfast found most of the food just warm. Coffee cupboard in room bit small.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. A reasonably sized, modern room in good order with all the necessary appointments. Brilliantly priced and a very generous breakfast. The staff were particularly hospitable, I will definitely use this place again for a Melbourne visit. It was quite well placed for Flinders St station. I had a train from Southern Cross the next morning and it was only mildly inconvenient to get there. No big deal at all.

It was clean, nice view, close to transport and amenities and staff was lovely. That I couldn’t go to toe ur floors where my friends where staying, but I understood the reason for it.

Comfy bed, spacious rooms. Perfect location. Breakfasts. Very basic, disgusting coffee. When you came between 9-10AM, lots of stuff were missing, besides food also glasses, forks, knives...and stuff did not catch up.

Breakfast and parking included in rate was great and also additional bed for our child a bonus. Body soap in shower had run out which was disappointing and vacuuming could have been a bit better but otherwise room was clean.

Location, staff and facilities Heating was set at 23 degrees and couldn’t adjust, room stayed too hot even after turning heating off.

Clean. Good smell. Location perfect. Reception soooo helpful. Breakfast amazing. Comfy bed. Great view. Asked twice for more blankets and none came. Bathroom sink had carrot chunks in it. Can’t turn left into the carpark as it’s too tight for our car.
