Room recently upgraded looked good but had old swollen water damaged bathroom doors.

Greet location and room was perfect for one person. It was small but had a tv, fridge and comfortable bed. I was very happy with the staff as well.

Friendly staff. Good location. Great buffet breakfast. Very good value for money. The rooms are not large - but comfortable enough & with all required facilities. Just a minor issue with the bedside lamps intermittently flickering on & off.

for the money it was great value. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were. the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom could have been cleaner but was good overall. bathroom was a little grubby, it had not been thoroughly cleaned. the base of the toilet was dirty, it felt a little dated but for the money it was good i felt

Great reception staff. Old facilities but comfy and fairly clean. I got a double bed so I'm grateful. Slightly bigger room would be great.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional - some of the best I have encountered in any hotel. I asked for assistance with arranging a meeting space to meet some clients and they were so helpful. On arrival, the staff were equally friendly and helpful. The room itself is pretty basic but everything I needed. One thing I wasn't expecting but loved was the ability to open the windows! Location is great, easy walking distance from Southern Cross and various tram stops. The bed was pretty awful, they really need replacing. Also the wifi was not great, there were several occasions were it didn't work at all, which wasn't good for me being on a work trip.

the room was small but compact, had everything you need for an overnight stay, very comfortable beds, earlier in the evening was a lot of outside noise due to sport and people making there way home

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the city with innumerable connections for commute. The cost was great for a comfortable night spending so I think that would be money spent wise. Not applicable I am sure of that. I would continue to promote / advocate for this choice of mine.

Location was good for our needs and the staff were friendly I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in another state so was expecting the same. I was completely underwhelmed when I arrived. Felt more like a glorified back packers than hotel. The room was tiny, the bed was small and very uncomfortable and the bathroom not particularly clean. Overdue for an update in my opinion and sadly we would not stay there again
