The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins Melbourne

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good, water at the bathtub came out hot quite instantly unlike other hotels, must wait & waste water (hate it) till I can feel the hot water. I stayed 5D4N. When I returned at the end of the day on the 3rd day, the complimentary coffee & tea were not replenished even though the room was made. It stayed that way until I checked out on the last day.. Is there a quota on the no. of coffee & tea bags?

We had a fabulous stay at The Savoy. The room was massive and the bed comfortable. I would definitely book again

Breakfast was included in the price and it was great Coffee pod machine leaked water all over the bench. TV had big round white circles on the screen while watching it so very distracting

Ideally located in Melbourne where you could walk to most places or use the various transport options on the doorstep. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK but probably out of the three hotels I stayed at in my time in Australia sits as number 3.

It took a whole day for the staff to fix our tv, the bed was just two singles pushed together very uncomfortable.

Both my husband & I enjoyed the hotel as it was directly opposite the railway station, staff were most helpful & pleasant, the Alexander Bar restaurant served excellent food & our room was most comfortable. Nothing, for us it was perfect & we look forward to future stays there.

Room (when I eventually got it) was very comfortable and a good hotel location for my onward travel. Messaged the hotel several weeks before my stay that I'd arrive early. I travelled from the UK so would have jet lag. BUT took several hours to get into my room, others arriving later got rooms before me. 2/3 times of asking my room wasn't ready which would not happen in a good hotel. Staff finally changed rooms around so that I could get some rest and wash. I believe that this solution should have been applied much earlier.

most things do not like paying and then you still take a security deposit, and I have to wait to get it back. Breakfast was late.

Room was excellent, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. I love that you have two floors, which kind of makes it like a mini apartment and gives you the sense of having more space. The breakfast could be a bit better but it was not bad by any means. The eggs were meh (I love eggs) but the rest was tasty.

Situation of hotel is excellent. Easy to travel to and from by public transport. Comfort of beds and quality of linen - pillows were perfect. Cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Toasted muesli was the best I have tasted, fruit loaf and mashed avocado were excellent. Glasses for water should be provided in the room. I would have liked a larger room. Breakfast was the same every day.

during the room claening, I am run out with dental and shaving kit. they did not fill up. Just gave1 kit on 1st day then next 4 days no kits. no one can use same kits for 4 days and it was finished but no fill up. Aircon unable to maintain temprature. it auto changes and room lights are very less.
