Location, location. Great location in Melbourne, inside is rundown. Stayed in a quad room, the room was spacious. The carpet leading to the lifts is dangerously loose. The rooms are old and need a refresh, bathrooms are ok.

Location. We arrived on the train from Adelaide, and it was a short walk to the hotel. Also easy to catch the tram along Collins Street. Thet had a restaurant at the hotel which was great.

Close to Southern Cross Railway & Trams. Rooms were spacious. Lift mania. Too many small lifts & needing to transit between them to go anywhere. Beds need new mattresses. Lumpy & uncomfortable. No walk in shower box.
