The location The smell of cigarette smoke, as this is a non smoking building, someone in in close proximity to my room was smoking and it was coming through into my room

Very happy left a bond's bag of clothes when we retrieved our luggage. And this lovely girl had them there for me. Everything was great

Great location Water for the shower was cold. Took like 5 minutes just to get some warm water… doona was ultra thin, got cold easily

The location was amazing, being only a 5 minute walk from the station. Trams and trains easily accessible Blankets being too thin and pillows uncomfortable

Close to Spencer street station Room not clean Empty body wash container which was not filled when room was cleaned. It was empty on the first day we got there. No hot water at 4 am or the following day at 6 am
