Stayed here mainly for convenience. Was catching a bus home to Adelaide the following morning so by staying here, I had very little to travel to Southern Cross Station. Thank you also for supplying me with my census form. The towel hooks need to be replaced. Not strong enough to hold the towel as it just slips off. Not good if trying to dry the towel during the day and even worse if the toilet is accidentally left open and the towel falls in.

Great location, silent rooms , did not feel like we were in the Center of town Checking in there was some misunderstandings with the receptionist’s only excuse “We are in the city.” Eventually it got sorted.

The view & cleanliness of room Very small, but you get what you pay for & it was fine for 1 night.

Location was great and staff were very friendly and helpful Bathroom was tiny, the entrance into the shower was ridiculously tight. The bathroom door also was not very private so you would want to make sure you are comfortable with the people you are sharing a room with. Microwave in the room would be an advantage.

Location and 24/24 check-in able to check in 0300 after a long and delayed flight Adequate facilities for my brief overnight stay after a long flight . Toilet tank was leaky into the toilet bowl causing regular tank refill noise that interfered with getting to sleep. Noise stopped when I eventually turned the tap off that supplied the water to the toilet tank. Had to turn it back on when I woke a few hours later so toilet could flush. Reported this issue at check out at 1100

Location and cost. Attention to detail where cleanliness is concerned could be lacking at times but have certainly seen worse.

Basic hotel with freindly staff. Excellent value for money. No closet space for hanging items. Had to hang them over the curtain rail. Not a major issue as I only had items for 2 nights. Walls were quite thin so sound of neighbouring room was quite noticable.
