room service was good large rooms being charged $29 for eftpos fee particularly when checking out NO mention of this fee only discovered it on my invoice once emailed

The hotel is in the centre of Melbourne and close to everything you could need. The rooms were very clean and modern, fully equipped with everything you could need. Our rooms included buffet breakfast, which was great and had heaps of options - especially the churros The pillows in the rooms were very flat and slightly uncomfortable and the double beds are a bit small for two people to sleep on

The pool, sauna and gym facilities were exceptional. Beautiful room styling and cleaning staff paid attention to details. Leaving at the end of our stay!
