I had to leave.

Good location with nearby public transport. Comfortable room. Room adjoined the laundry, so the late night washing was quite noisy. Luckily it stopped soon after midnight.

Exceptional

Very spacious room. I was pleasantly surprised. Good layout out too. Beautiful building nicely restored. Great location to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Easy to walk to. Value for money. TV was a bit small for the size of the room.

Lovely place to relax and unwind. Quite a nice apartment with a view. Small things to work on including stains on floor and minor touch ups but overall a lovely stay and would stay here again

No face to face at check in or check out. Man wanted us to pay but didn't make himself available at check in or check out. Contacted me by phone at 11pm wanting us to pay. Not good customer service.

Convenient location and last minute availability The receptionist was very rude over the phone, having not replied to me through the app. Made it very awkward and difficult to gain access to the apartment by not answering multiple phone calls and messages and then being blunt and rude when he did answer. The room smelt musty with a couple of friends in the room (flies). Had to take the cover off the dusty air con unit and get it working the old fashioned way by resetting it considering the remote wouldn’t work. Over all our stay was fine and did the job for getting the head down but I wouldn’t stay again.

Location was excellent for F1 gate entrance and restaurants in the evening.

Kitchenette yet no coffee mugs ?

The location was great! It smelt like bleach, had a weird noise like a shower was going at 1am in the morning for like 20 minutes. There was absoulty no garden view which i thought our room was. The floor was broken and stuck down with tape. The remotes had no working batteries. The sink tap in the kitchen area was broken and the sink in the bathroom had silicone with mould in it. I'm telling you these things because they are such easy fixes to have a nice space.

It was convenient location for our event however a bit of a sketchy street. Late check out It was not clean I didn’t want to touch anything we found a cigarette butt under the bed when checking we had not left anything behind before leaving the walls were very dirty as was the floor very run down. The bathroom lights didn’t work. And certainly did not look like the photos on booking.com or their website we would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Just glad we’re just there for the one night

Poor

Good location. The place was filthy, the carpets, the walls, kitchen countertops etc. We raised our concerns the evening of our first night, I didn’t think I’d be able to sleep in the bed as there were bugs flying around and crawling on the carpet and kitchen countertops. We were offered a room clean or swap. We chose the swap which was a bit better but still had massive stains on the carpets and an awful damp smell. I understand we didn’t pay much money for our stay and expected it to be basic, but I also expected it to be clean.
