Good location on Swanston street linen clean and water hot Tired looking facility, bed comfy but definitely old, carpet deteriorating but ok if just need a bed for the night in central cbd

The bed was comfortable The photos of the room on the website are the complete opposite to what we received. The room was filthy, the walls were all marked and dirty, the carpet was stained, there were watermarks on the roof, the air conditioning had the filters out of it, there is no flyscreen on the window therefore becoming a safety hazard. The shower is in the bath so having to step in and out of the bath can be dangerous especially being so slippery when wet. There was the world's smallest exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hallways of the hotel are like something out of a horror film, the elevators are graffitied with wires sticking out of the wall.

Nothing Very unhygienic- there was dust sitting from ages, cleaner didn’t wipe, the duvet was all yellow pee soiled just covered with a bed sheet.

Right on Swanston Street, near everything. It is very old and dated, it needs a lot of renovation works done.

This was our 4th stay at the Hotel and by far the worst. Room felt dark and dingy, extension leads running across the floor to reach AC unit as the new modern split system was not wired in. Pillows were horible and a request for additional ones felt like it was an effort on behalf of the person behind the desk. No ventilation in the bathroom so after having a shower the room felt like you were in the tropics (Humid and muggy). If you wanted to stir your coffee you had to use you finger as no cutlery was available Cleaners on the other hand were awesome Room, bed, pillows, construction noise from the floor above

Great location and a pleasant stay once again. Stayed 4 nights, room on 2nd Floor was quiet - TV, Microwave, Fridge, Air Con all in working order. Comfortable bed. The shower was piping hot and had great water pressure. All in all, another pleasant and comfortable stay. The only issue I had was a lack of eating utensils, so I ended up buying some.

No breakfast supplied. The rooms have to have a great deal to be done& clean, carpet needs to replaced

Close to a station There was vomit on the beds, marks all over the walls, a hole in the wall, a missing window pane, a broken heater, a draw with tobacco.

The location is great. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Check in and checkout process was easy and communication was great. Handy for an overnight stay. The room was a little dirty and very noisy although considering the location, not surprising. Door rattled quite a bit during the night when other guests were coming and going. Would suggest cleaning behind furniture as I did find trash left by other guests. Fair bit of graffiti in lifts and hotel entrance. This is a budget hotel and I suspect the price is based on location so as long as you understand this, it is fine for what you get.
