I did not have high expectations of a hotel room above a pub but it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were lovely, the room was well fitted out, exceptionally clean and had everything I needed.

Great location. Room was comfy with a big bathroom and huge shower. Bed was a bit hard. Ideal for a couple of nights. Once we arrived the hosts were very welcoming. A little noisy when the neighbours arrived home late.,

Friendly staff. Clean. Location very good Pillows were terrible. Neither of us slept because of very bulky pillows. I tried sleeping on a towel but that didn’t help.
