I love staying here - it's well located, a lovely pub and the rooms are perfect for a few nights stay. It's surprisingly quiet and the staff are always friendly. Nothing of comment

Location & rooms were smart and modern I was at top of stairs, so some noise from bar downstairs, but no so much to limit sleep on a Thursday night.

Everyone was friendly & helpful. Convenient area close to Albert Park, beach, St Kilda, & CBD. The road traffic was a bit noisy at times.
