Very large room and cheap parking rate. Stains on the couch, lounge chair and carpet. Bathroom and toilet exhaust fans very noisy and the fan covers very dirty. The shower heads uneven spray needed replacing. Leaking water from the plumbing under the bathroom basin needed to be soaked up with the spare bath towels( notified staff who said if it got worse we could change rooms) The timber bench and paint in the walk in robe needs updating. The fridge was set too cold as all the milk containers were frozen. A good variety of food at the breakfast buffet, but it had all been there for quite sometime with the cheese slices curling up, the hot food only just being warm. When it’s quiet, it’s best to cook the hot breakfasts to order. Pastry items not good quality. The hot water for coffee was not hot, just warm and there was dried milk around the spout on the milk jug that fell into the coffee cup.

The bathrooms need a little love. They have deteriorated over the last few years , the room I was in
-
Centrally located and easy access to trams Our room had ants intermittently in the bathroom due to the location of the bathroom to outside.
-
The bed was the worst we have experienced from several stays. The mattress was overly hard.

All good.

The Staff were very helpful and polite, thank you. The gym equipment was not working, and the walking machine would not run, but it did have power going to it. The bike does peddle, but the digital readout is not working.

The location was good Having to pay extra for parking in the tiniest underground parking ever...also my friend almost got electrocuted as she turned the lightswitch on for tje bathroom there was a huge spark! Tiles in bathroom cracked, place looked run down as heck. Bed was on a weird angle so it was not comfortable for sleeping. No good wont stay here again.
