Convenient location, close to public transport and the CBD, onsite parking, onsite bar, restaurant and cafe, the cleanliness was outstanding. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable and there was so caddy in the shower to place any toiletries on. It’s common now, however I don’t understand the extra charge for onsite parking. The breakfast was ordinary.

They upgraded us from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment, which made the stay more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was a short walk to the beach and Luna Park. Plenty of food choices around too There was no phone in the apartment to contact the reception desk. The parking was quite tight, but nothing a skilled driver can't cope with.

Location was good as our activities were within that area. The kitchen appliances were not very clean and neither were the cooking utensils. The rooms could do with a deep clean dust behind the bedside tasble was significant. The bathroom sink did not have a plug or a drain grate (items could fall into the sink and block the drain).

Good location for our needs. Very roomy apt for our players to prepare and rest for our competiton the next day. We cooked out breakfast and the frying pan was not great. A bit old and tired and food would stick a bit.

the bedroom is spacious and also total spaces of the apartment is good size for 3-4 person stay. a little bit noisy at night

2 Bedroom Apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and good kitchen amenities. Parking was easy. Good location to attend an event at MSAC. The little cafe downstairs was great for a coffee and snack. All the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful - from the front desk all the way to cleaning staff. The apartment was clean, but a little tired and could do with refresh. The fan in our bathroom was VERY noisy.

The Apartment was very large! Surprised with the space. Clean, well maintained. Bathroom large, with laundry facilities. Traffic noise. Not sure how you would get around this though. Pack ear plugs.

Cheap and cheerful! Friendly staff at check in ! Beds clean and comfy Dated, trek up narrow stairs with suitcases and interior dated and could have been cleaner !

Location Very old and maintenance is needed Mouldy shower, no tea towels in kitchen, toilet door had to be forced to closed.

Good location. Huge apartment. On the top floor of the building. Aircon is very good and reversible. Need to pay for the car park. No lift to reach our apartment. Cleaning was not done everyday during the Easter public holidays

We had the pleasure of being served by Mason from the front desk brilliant to deal with, and the service manager he was a real gentleman. This was the only positive. The apartment was in poor condition Lights the shower not working Vents in the bathroom non operational Cracking in the painting Lighting was inadequate. Sauna was charged by the hour, not mentioned anywhere in the booking details prior All the internal doors grab when locking Blinds not in the best shape Adjustable chrome bed side lamp very flimsy fell on my head while in bed. On Saturday my wife went to the front desk, for tea bags and was served by a very rude indian staff member, where he used a finger gesture to tell her to wait.
