Location Heater not working. Shower screen leaks all over floor. Broken tiles. Holes in roof. Needs renovation. TV not working on all channels. Probably wouldn't go back.

Excellent location. Very easy to get around the city. The unit we were in has several broken items, including a tap, a blind and the couch, as well as being very worn and in need of general maintenance.

Location is amazing, room was spacious and with great amenities. Views of Fed Square and the MCG. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Room is a little tired, but location, size and amenity made up for any shortcomings.

Great size apartment. Great location, close to trams plus Flinders Street station, Restaurants and cafes. Close to South bank and the MCG. Probably the loudest apartment we have ever stayed in. The windows are so thin that even 8 floors up we could hear people yelling, cars and motor bikes revving. The worst of the noise didn't stop until around 2AM and with no heavy blinds or black out drapes the rooms were very light by 6.30 AM.

Location and size of the rooms were good. The apartment could have done with some TLC (read maintenance and painting) plus a thorough deep clean. Found the couches far too low and difficult to get out of.Other family members who stayed in other apartments in the complex have said their room weren’t even cleaned when they checked in and had to ask for them to be done.

Great location. We were upgraded to an executive suite in the heritage building. Wonderful high ceilings and large windows. Very bright and spacious. Large kitchen space, and laundry ensuite. The unit is in a very busy area, so you can hear traffic and pedestrians outside. The street noise would start with sounds of morning construction and end with poo partygoers on the street at night. If this is a problem for you, I would recommend making sure you pack earplugs.

Located in a great part of the cbd. The rooms were a good size. Had a full size kitchen. washing machine and dryer. Was a very comfortable place to stay. There were some holes in the walls, I'm assuming related to either heating or cooling. That didnt play a part in the actual stay though.

Very friendly reception. Excellent Location. Comfortable beds. Will definitely return. A bit dated furniture & some unfinished maintenance however, it did not bother us. Very comfortable beds.
