Location is near to CBD and Victoria Market. Either the staff is rude or just don't bother to check messages. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment for my wife and I put in the message that she will be checking in under her name. They did not let her check in as the bookint was under my name. I changed the booking and yet they still gave her trouble by stating they did not believe she is my spouse as we don't share the same last name (very stupid!) The room comes with a sofa bed that is UNSLEEPABLE with squeaky springs. Worst Ibis we stay so far. This establishment needs to do better

Location Shampoo and body wash was provided after 3 days.
-
Great location, easily accessible In house dining options are less

friendly staff
-
The availability of a good breakfast. No view from the room.
-
Shower - no hot water. Plant noise.

Location was good, bed was comfy N/A

Location was good, close to tram line. Close to Victoria Markets. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was no mini bar. There was no extra bedding such as blankets and pillows. There wasn't a tea towel or individual hand soaps.
-
Location was good given I was required for investigations at RMH. Not many facilities. No evening meal.
-
No ammenities provided like toothbrush, we had to pay $2 for a small toothbrush kit that would usually be free in hotels. The sheets are clean but the pillows kind of smell.
-
Staff very friendly and helpful.
-
Location good. Breakfast included made it ok. There is not so much in terms of variety if sraying several days and the scrambled eggs on some days were not as nice in look and taste as others.
-
Always really good music in the lobby too. Well done! Even three months out, I was not able to alter my booking. Although booking.com advertised free changes and cancellations, I could not change the dates to lesser than originally booked.
-
Bed very comfortable, Room size with sitting room excellent. Staff were so friendly. Felt supplies very stingy compared with other hotels and apartments I stay in regularly though I know I could have asked for more Teabags and sugars. No hand towels. Only 2 pillows on a king size bed. Luckily I was alone. Rails missing from fridge door so couldnt store bottles etc upright. Lighting incredibly poor as it was a room with another building close by.

No extended cord

The staff were great. The room was a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was not good, especially for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby so skip the food in the hotel.
-
That there is no elevator to go into reception from the carpark. Trying to carry suitcases when you are physically not able up and down flights of stairs is not practical. Would not be suitable for someone with a disability.
-
The staff was wonderful! The room was a good size and had a desk, bedside table, fridge, kettle etc. The location is great, super walkable and close to transit and restaurants. The windows look into a wall and/or another window. It could use a spruce-up and a new paint job in the hallways. The breakfast was not good.
-
The location is central to everything we require, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The shower head didn't stay up making it difficult to wash hair and shower.
-
Nothing Nothing flexible to cancel one night. No pool or gym. Bathroom curtain was mouldy, not cleaned properly
