It was really convenient. Also quiet and comfortable room. Staff were lovely. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The room was a little too cold. The windows were thin.

Great location, it was my second time to stay, really like the kitchen and big social area in floor 1. Very relax to hang out with friends while cooking the meals and eating. Aircon is a bit noisy

There was no more shower gel in the shower. Quite noisy if your room gives on Elizabeth St.

Facilities, common dining area and kitchen is the one i love most. I can enjoy my meals comfortably. Get some packed meals from food market and have them heated. Easy! Nothing

Window is not noice proof, it’s very loud at night

Location great and loved having a balcony. Would have preferred in room coffee/tea making facilities to having to travel down to 1st floor. TV didn't work on preferred channels and I had to go and find the person who might be able to fix it - was tired and didn't bother. Cooked breakfast was OK but nothing exceptional.

The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars, and the tram stop right across the street makes getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was large, but the bathroom was tiny—almost too small to turn around in the shower—and not cleaned thoroughly, with long dark hairs from a previous guest still visible. While the bedding was clean, the room felt outdated and didn’t match the standard I’ve experienced at other Lyf properties. Service was underwhelming: when I asked for cutlery, the staff seemed distracted and pointed me toward a kitchen where the dishwasher was full, leaving nothing available. Overall, the property felt more like a hostel than a hotel, especially considering the high rate. I understand it was recently acquired, but it clearly needs room renovations and staff retraining. I won’t be returning here, though I might reconsider Lyf Collingwood in the future.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how it always felt safe in the hotel. The kitchen was nice and kept clean too. The bathroom was clean but the area above the sliding door was so moldy, could be better cleaned. Otherwise, it was a pretty spacious room.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
