Heni the Assistant manager is an absolutely outstanding human being. She literally changed our experience and lives when we stayed. My daughter was experiencing significant difficulties with accessing the hotel due to her Autism and we were about to walk away, end our holiday before it began and lose everything. Heni personally came down and helped me regulate and then encourage my daughter to stay. She went above and beyond. She made room changes to make my child more comfortable and she checked in on her to make sure she was comfortable, ok and happy. To a parent of a child with additional needs people like Heni are rare. It may seem small to most but when everyone else stared or avoided eye contact she was there. What an asset to the company you are! *The location is perfect and easy to get to. * Staff were all polite and friendly * Easy parking * Reception is on level 5 so you have to take the lift, then the rooms are accessed at another lift down the other end of that level. I don't recommend it for people with walking difficulties, Its a bit of a hike. * you can hear the freeway traffic all night, its hard to sleep (floor 7) * no "rollaway beds" available or any alternative for the child stays free option. We had to get our own to use.

The location. The facilities in the room are very poor. For a room in that price range I would expect decent coffee making facilities, not a kettle and instant coffee. Room service was extremely poor. It took over an hour, plus a call to reception, to get a club sandwich and wine delivered to the room. The food was cold when it arrived. The air conditioning was faulty. It had two options, 17°C or 24°C. 4 staff and 2 managers in increasing levels derogating me by explaining how the thermostat works. Except that the unit was faulty. It took 2 days to finally be moved to a different room where the television remote didn't work.

Location They put us in a disability room without letting us know so it took away from the holiday effect of a beautiful bathroom as it was for a person with a disability and the bed was too small and cold
