Despite the obvious advantages, I'd like to draw attention to the rude behavior of the bar staff. Guests staying at the hotel and arriving in the evening are also your customers. Conduct a discussion and improve the quality of service: the staff's demonstratively negative attitude, which regularly made it clear that we should plan our evening meal elsewhere, does not deserve high praise. Interrupting customers and reacting derisively is more appropriate at home, not at work.

Wierd layout, lounge really didnt need to be there, it was under tv and when yoy sat on it you hit your head on tv.

Staff were friendly and service was prompt when needed. 24/7 gym with zip tap. Reception also had water on tap to fill up your bottle if needed. Pillows weren’t comfortable and caused neck pains. Shower had no door so water went everywhere and the vent was not working well. The water system pipes were loud the whole night. Wifi didn’t connect so we didn’t bother to.

It was within walking distance to an event we were going to & close to a DFO. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. Not a dislike & not a big issue but the face washers & teabags weren’t replaced in my room after it was cleaned. Not a big deal/issue/problem I just thought I’d mention it.

* Magnificent view of the CBD from the room, especially at sunrise. * Delicious breakfast. Instead of the usual bacon and scrambled eggs, they will cook you an omelette with whatever ingredients you want - not every hotel offers this. * The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ryan * The breakfast area is a bit small, and during peak hours all the tables can sometimes be occupied. However, I never had to wait for more than 3 minutes.
