Love this hotel. I've stayed there multiple times however this time there was no available guest parking and had to park on the street two of my 3 night stay. Also bed was horrible! Other than this issue it was a ok stay

What a great place to stay. Clean, friendly staff and centrally located for the best places you will want to visit. We went for Elvis week and even got a chance to see an Elvis impersonator in the hotel lobby

It is quite charming! Very uniquely decorated and the deep dish Detroit pizza was delicious! Very helpful and engaged staff.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Issues with being charged for an item off the minibar that I did not use (they did reimburse me). Also unclear on the drink specials for happy hour. Got charged for 2 drinks we didn't have (reimbursed). No coffee pot in room.

I loved the character and attention to detail throughout the property. It feels modern and trendy while still fitting perfectly into the historic Memphis setting. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something boutique, stylish, and a little different from the usual hotel experience. I’d happily stay here again! Great location too!
