This hotel was awesome. It's located within walking distance of a lot a attractions. The bar on the roof has a great view of the river and sunset. Will definitely be staying here again if I'm ever back in Memphis.

From the time we pulled up the valet attendant was wonderful. Front desk staff was attentive. The room was clean and had a great view. We utilized the pool and it was wonderful. Will stay there again if we return to Memphis.

The location is perfect for downtown Beale street, rooftop bar is offers beautiful views you could even hang there. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Cons: Parking is not included but it isn’t anywhere in this part of town. The restaurant downstairs was good. We did not get to use the pool or gym. Staff was nice. Would stay again

Great hotel and rooms. We order drinks at the door they gave us a time at 9:40pm but never came. We went downstairs around 10:20pm, the lady said she sat them in the refrigerator we had to come get them. She was very disrespectful and poor service. Everything else was ok.

The curtains were very blackout which was great!!
