It a clean, friendly, and nice stay. No complaints, one suggestion valet park. It's much more convenient and worth the extra money.

All of the above were 5 star.

We had a great room. The only thing I would recommend is that you guys don’t send a text about valet and picking up my car at 4:30 am in the morning because I you woke me up. I could not fall asleep and now I am so sleepy on my vacation.

Our experience was absolutely awful. We had a busted pipe under our room that caused a loud vibration noise all night long for two nights. They did offer to move us rooms. However, our family was on the same floor and would’ve been inconvenient for us. They offered us 5,000 points for our inconvenience. I have yet to receive the points. I have done two different chats with their customer service department and called the hotel. The hotel said they put the request in. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not received the points. Honestly, 5,000 points isn’t nearly enough for the crap that we went through staying at this hotel. Not only did we have the loud vibration noise, but we were also awoken at 7 AM, rushed out of the hotel, for a false fire alarm. I’m very disheartened that customers are treated this way. I travel for work every single month and I always choose to stay in a Hilton. After this experience, I don’t know that I’m going to stay in another Hilton.

Awesome Stay
-
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and about 3 blocks from Beale St.

This is a chic laid back Centrally located hotel / Kitchenette, spacious Rooms , sink , full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave oven. They have wonderful staff that are there to accommodate you and answer Questions. I Must Say The Downside is The 3pm Check in, otherwise A great Hotel. Walking distance to Beal Street and the Civil Rights Museum. People use the Pool, Exercise room and The Free Breakfast is A Major Plus , make you Own Waffles, That was New 😂 The Coffee is Also good

It's a great place to stay. A little far from Beale to be walkable, but downtown is easily accessible with a car. Overall, it was a nice stay,

Great staff, breakfast was good, lots of easy entertainment & food in walking distance. Clean facilities plenty of room to relax. Road parking if you don’t use valet parking & Fire alarm when of due to someone smoking in the elevator around 7am. Not the hotel fault. Lol

The staff was wonderful. Maria the front desk supervisor was excellent and right on top of things. Met us at the front doors everytime we came in. Asked if there was anything we needed or what she could do for us. Exceptional!

We were trying to find a place to stay downtown that had a safe parking area because my brother had bikes and things they were leaving in their car while traveling across the country. They had valet parking, but it wasn’t gated. Luckily it was watched over and we had no issues. The distance to town was great. We walked everywhere. The hotel was nice with a full kitchen and pool and gym. The staff was very friendly and the valet parking was quick. Great place to stay!

Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, and wonderful staff. Maria at the front desk always went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and that we were comfortable. Several good restaurants nearby including Sliders and also SOB (South of Beal). The Civil Rights Museum is an easy walk from the hotel. We didn't walk around the area much at night because of the location.

Location , cleanliness and affordable

Had to wait for someone to leave to park close to the hotel
-
Nice hotel. Also love that there is a smart tv with Netflix.

Number one I didn't like the fact that even though I have a handicap placard that I still have to pay $45 for handicap parking. Number two they knew how many people we had coming and we did not have enough towels, wash, rags and sheets and covers in our room number three. The pool was not ready when we got there so we had a rush to use pool the next morning and it was cold number three the shower curtain in the handicap room that we got fell down on us. It looked like the rod was too short.

The property was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was a lack of on site parking, to find street parking.
