I was told by the man behind the counter "It's ok, it wasn't inside the hotel". This was the man on the nightshift which was always sleeping. When we checked out days ahead of time he was once again sleeping at 4:00 a.m. & I had to pound loudly several times on the door to wake him so I could be left inside. He mumbled incoherently with drool running down the front of his shirt. The hotel had very odd people there during Elvis Week who fought with me. Why?? I didn't leave the room for 3 days before we checked out early. This was one of the reasons that we left 5 days early. My elderly mom was terrified. These people would stay out by the pool until 3 in the morning drinking & making noise to keep us awake. The female who worked there couldn't care less as she was sitting with them one night for 45 minutes instead of doing her job. I had one of them pounding on my door and yelling. It was a very unsafe and hostile environment. Their maintenance people weed wacked behind my car. I was backed into a handicap spot. The whole back of my car was coved in dirt, weeds & small rocks. I have chips all over my paint. I didn't bother to report it. AVOID THIS PLACE! Look at ALL previous reviews on all websites & be warned!

Ants everywhere. Including in the bed. Zero ac Need ac and no bugs. Clean sheets needed
-
The room was nice The room had ants and staff wasn't helpful and rude when requested to call pest control or management
-
Overhead light was blinking and microwave didn’t work

How clean room are. How great are the beds Location entrance to the hotel and stear to up rooms look unsafe. How have to push on door to get in to room
-
The pool area was lovely The door to our room had a huge gap, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the bed had a frame that sounded like gun shots every time you sat or laid on the bed. I asked for a handicapped room upon booking and that is not what l got. The breakfast area had very limited food. The poor woman setting up the breakfast ( bless her heart) tried her best to accommodate the guests. There were no bagels, English muffins, just plain bread for toast. It was certainly not a full breakfast and not hearty at all.

Close to Graceland Paid for night. Arrived from Australia early next morning still in our room time. Had already sent an email specifying this weeks previous. Called us a no show, said we hadn’t paid (which we have proof of) and left us in a position where we hadn’t paid to pay again to get the room. No one had any idea what was going on.

It was very dirty. There was huge spider in the room. We saw another insect on our bed. The lights weren’t working. The room was smelling.

The hotel was run down,an the air didn't work good. They were working on the stair well. There wasn't much parking.

Exceptional

The renovated rooms have no carpeting. The beds were only doubles. We were on the second floor; there is no elevator, so you have to lug all your luggage up the stairs.

I didnt rate the breakfast at all. The staff member was really lovely, but the selection of breakfast items were bad, waffles, toast, cereal. Would have been nice to see the empty cabinet full of pastries of some sort or croissance and some jam pkts like the butter, not just bread for toast. Maybe some yogurts in the fridge. In the fridge stood milk, orange juice, apple juice. On the table two containers of cereal.and a pot of scrambled eggs. That was whether you went at 7am or 10am. There was no hairdryer in our room 224, which we reported. the sink in the bedroom and not the bathroom was a bit inconvenient and odd. This is not a moan just an observation. Bed mattresses need turning, felt like we were rolling off.

Location Quiet For the price I expected better - old and dated. Breakfast was poor - minimal selection. I wouldn’t stay here again.
