The service and staff were phenomenal, the location was great, especially for Graceland. The hotel shuttle brought us to Graceland and to dinner and the pink Cadillac brought us back. The breakfast was good. It was a great stay. Whe I booked with Booking. Com they asked me if I wanted a 25.00 upgrade. I said yes. No one at the hotel could tell me what I was getting for the upgrade. I asked Booking.com in a text they sent me but they didn't answer, so I would say to not fall for that one.

We were very very pleased with everything about your hotel. Of course, there are always small things… The first day we got there, our curtain was broken. We mentioned several times and we reassured several times. It would be fixed when we checked out this morning. we are still in the dark as regards having outside light on a positive note, Courtney and Miss Duffy could not have been more wonderful. In fact, had it not been for their wonderful personalities, professionalism, and seemingly going out of their way to make us happy, we may have thought twice about rebooking with your facility again they are truly an asset to your hotel, and I hope they were around when we return again. Again, we were very, very pleased, and the food was very, very good, well served, and the cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful!

Can't say enough about the homemade did and their banana pudding is THE BEST! They pick you up in a pink cadillac limo!! Where else does that happen. Loved Memphis, I pray that it gets back to way it was and is prosperous again!!

Check in was a fight because night auditor did not know how to process an expidia purchase. My card was charged twice and now I am fighting with them and expedia.

LOCATION WAS GOOD AND STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND ACOMMODATING SERIOUSLY NEEDS EXHAUST FANS IN THE BATH ROOM ! AFTER TAKING A SHOWER THE NAPKIN HOLDER WAS TOTALLY SOAKED AND TISSUE DESOLVED WHEN YOU TRIED TO PICK ONE OUT OF THE HOLDER

When we checked the man at the front was not very friendly.

Staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast was very good and staff paid attention to make sure everything was clean and well filled.

It was clean . One of our rooms the TV didn’t work and the AC was leaking water when I went down stairs to report it all they said was they could put me in a different room on a different floor . I was not leaving the floor my children were on.

It was so clean and every staff member I came in contact with was so helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom door didn’t lock, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Everything, staff went above and beyond and helped us with laundry as washer was out of order. Paper plates and plastic knIves and forks at Breakfast time

Breakfast was awesome All of the staff, I mean all of the staff - were friendly, pleasant and accommodating - more than we expected They held great conversations with us and knowledge about the area They tried to make us as comfortable - it was so hot - by offering us drinks to keep us hydrated We liked the room but could not get the humidity under control and a slight odor of mildew, but it was clean and comfortable.
