This was an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The showing of an Elvis movie every night and the late night PBJ and chocolate milk added a delight to the experience. Top notch experience and relaxing.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff were professional and friendly. Delta Restaurant was like an iceberg temperature wise at dinner. The Filet Mignon was also barely warm for one in our party. Other entrees were good. Breakfast in Delta was excellent the next morning. Musicians in the lobby bar area were outstanding! All in all, a very nice experience.

Clean & large room. Wonderful amenities, pool beautiful, staff so very helpful everywhere we went. Theater experience great, live music at the bar was wonderful, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches good. Great meal at EP’s Bar & Grill & breakfast buffet was terrific at Delta’s Kitchen.

Our stay at The Guest House at Graceland was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with warm Southern hospitality. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of elegant Elvis-inspired touches that made the experience truly unique. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with every amenity we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious! Every detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend The Guest House at Graceland to anyone visiting Memphis and can’t wait to return!

The property is very clean and well‑maintained. You’ll find a small gift shop for souvenirs, plus a vending area stocked with handy travel essentials you may have forgotten. There’s also a theater large enough for concerts or movie showings, several conference halls for business events, and a small business center if you need to print or finish up work during your stay. Food options are convenient, too. The on‑site restaurant offers sit‑down meals, while the café is perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading out. If you’re an Elvis fan—especially if you’re planning to take the Ultimate VIP Tour—this is an ideal place to stay. The hotel is located right next to Graceland and its attractions, making it easy to explore without worrying about transportation. It’s also only a 15–20 minute drive from downtown Memphis and not far from the Tanger Outlets in Southaven, MS. I would absolutely stay here again, not only for the comfort and convenience but also to share with my family how much this area has transformed over the past 40 years.

The Graceland Guest Hotel was just amazing! My family if six had a wonderful time. I wish that we could have stayed longer. It was an excellent hotel, the staff, the food and it was all about Elvis ! We loved it , and I can’t thank the staff enough for helping make our stay the best. Thank you

Gift shop was great. Pool was nice as well. Wish they had a wait staff for around the pool. The shuttle was efficient and convenient. Elevators were fast. Shower in room was also really nice.
-
Only big complaint was you couldn’t regulate the shower temperature. You either got super cold or extremely hot.
-
The hotel is beautiful. There was live entertainment and good selections to eat

Was a great learning about Elvis. Cost was high and they charged for everything. Clean and had everything you need to stay without driving.

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. We had the buffet for breakfast and it was very well stocked. Had a drink in the lounge while enjoying the nightly entertainment. Definitely recommend staying at the Guest House EVERY TIME.

The PBJ sandwiches at 9 pm were also a great added amenity. My only complaint was our experience at Delta's Kitchen. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Decided to dine in, at Delta's Kitchen. The service was below par. Our waitress, Alexia, did not even offer to refill our water glasses, nor did she check back once our meal was served. . We spent $300 on wine & dinner at Delta's Kitchen that night. I think that warrants good service. In addition, each table around us waited at least 20 min for their check, and 15 min for a hostess to appear & seat them. The restaurant was not busy. The entire front of the house staff would all just disappear. for 20 min at a time, then all would 'reappear'. I will say the crab cake, beef tips, NY Strip, asparagus & collard greens were exceptional. Hats off to the chef.

It was very clean. I liked that they picked us up at the airport.
