The room was very clean and nice, staff went above and beyond. I do wish they had more vegan options for the breakfast but I managed. And I could have just walked to whole foods behind the hotel or to city silo if I really wanted something else. I would definitely stay there again, it was a restful experience. The pool is really cool, you can swim under the wall from the indoor portion of the pool to outside. The indoor part is beautiful with plants. It is as nice as it looks on the website photos. Staff were all super nice and helpful.

I often stay at Doubletree by Hilton when in Memphis. It is my "go to" place due to comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming staff. In addition, there is an Italian and a Moroccan restaurant virtually just across from the entrance (and maybe others in the general area as well).

My room was so clean but the bathroom flooring could have been cleaner for sure, and the fridge froze everything and had not been cleaned out. Staff was great though and internet was fast!

I will only stay at Double Tree Hotels! This one in Memphis was outstanding from the room to the staff to the food and entertainment!! I was very happy with my visit ☺️

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, place was clean. I didn’t get my rooms together as asked we were ion two separate floors and breakfast was expensive for what you pay to stay you should get a free breakfast at least.

Rooms were run down, need maintenance, pool was not clean and night staff were not helpful, got charged twice due to booking.com and they did not want to look into it.

Had to pay an upcharge price for my stay, most expensive hotel I've booked. Hallways smelled, only 2 towels in the room compared to a usual 4, shower head was coming out of the wall
