Very good

We refused to stay and requested our money back. We were able to receive a full refund. We also contacted customer service to let them know that this particular hotel was way below Hilton standards.

It would have been nice to use the gym or the pool. The website said the pool would be open by July 31 but upon arrival they said it would be a couple more weeks. That was disappointing.

This hotel is great...a great location and is clean. The only reason I gave it less than perfect is the carpet going down the hall to the elevator iss very old and the air wasn't working there or in the elevator. Breakfast was great!

It was clean, small rooms and an old site.

Room was humid with AC on continuously. Bit of an odd smell. Old rugs. Elevators terribly run down and beastly hot. Wonderful staff. No laundry services.

It was a nice hotel, but is probably due for some renovations. I liked the area it was in, plenty of places to eat nearby. I was only here for one night for a job, so I did not really spend much time at the hotel, but it seemed nice.

The lamp shades need to change in the rooms. Both times I stayed they had rust around the edges. The pillows are horrible. And the shower had hair in, they need to clean much better. Because the property is going down. Just look at the carpet when you come in the front of the hotel and the rooms.

bed consumed the majority of the room . My Wife examined the Bathroom and was concerned about Sanitary issue . She personally cleaned it and Sanitized it . I checked the bed and discovered quite a bit a human Hair between the sheets and on the edge of the bed . I opened the Cabinet that contained the Micro Wave , it was broken and falling off the shelve . We also discovered that evening the toilet had issues flushing . The contents would only Flush sometimes . Management was contacted and an attempt was made to fix the toilet with negative results . After viewing these concerns We transfer to another room . The Property is Old outdated and the Pool , Fitness Room was closed . The Breakfast , items were Minimal . No bacon , sausage and other items were low in portions . I will not recommend this Property for any stay, short term or long term . Very DISAPPOINTING for a Hampton Inn .

Customer service was great, unfortunately the condition of this property looks neglected. Water in the shoeet and bathroom sink did not drain properly. The AC thermostat was not working.The breakfast service area was unsightly and they ran out of some food items. The eating area was no very clean.

The room was very clean, but the hotel itself seems a little bit dated. Outside of that the staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was great as well. Would def stay here again.

Everything was fine. It was the location that was most beneficial for me.

8 cars had windows broken during my stay. A ninth car was out stolen. Property was worn and not very clean.

Breakfast was a joke. Nothing was hot. Everything was gone…….by 9:00.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, A/C worked great! Breakfast was kept stocked and very tasty! The decor could use some updating, but other than that, everything was on point! Would stay here again!

When I checked in, I was charged an extra $75.00 deposit (I still don't know why, but it was refunded). I could not believe the pool and gym were not open in June. I would have gone somewhere else with a pool, had I known that. When I told my sister about the deposit and pool, she cancelled her reservation. She stayed at a hotel down the street.
