Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown Beale Street

Hotel is within walking distances of many attractions. Hotel itself is very nice! Waitress in the breakfast cafe was amazing and very friendly. Being jolted out of bed in the middle of the night by faulty fire alarms! Fire trucks (5 or 6) rolling in...We truly do appreciate their fast response time, though. It happened 3 times during our stay. Scary because we couldn't know whether was a false alarm or real.

The daytime staff at the Greyhound restaurant were rude and acted as if they didn't want to be there. The bartender during brunch was so rude we decided to not have brunch at the hotel and went elsewhere. The evening staff was AMAZING!!! They were extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

It’s ok for a night. A bit expensive for the area. Would not stay there again.

We went to the bar three times. Waited 10 min the first time before we just walked out. The second time we were coming back from Beal St and stopped in. Waited 5 min for the bartender to come out of the back with her phone in her hand. The next day we stopped in and again no bartender, after waiting 7 minutes the other customers said she went in the back with her phone. We walked out , again.

The room is quite large. The bed and pillow are good. The staff were ok. The breakfast could have been more substantial. The room could have been cleaned more often.

When attempting to check in there was some issue between Expedia and the hotel. After getting to our room it was not clean. The sheets looked like they had been used and just remade. The bathroom was filthy. It looked like someone wiped off the toilet and that was about all the cleaning that was done. After my wife cleaned up most of the room just so we would be comfortable she tried to wash the shower out and the shower head came apart. If not for The hostess at the front desk it would have been an absolute disaster. She was very helpful and polite after two hours we were still waiting for clean linens and she grabbed someone and sent them directly to our room. The housekeeper was also very nice and helpful. If not for those two it would have been a whole different story

Every stay has been nothing sort of amazing the staff the parking the cleanliness is always top tier

Staff was very helpful, gym and pool were nice and the room was great. Good shower, tub, bed and tv. And the hotel is right across the street from the Memphis Redbirds stadium. And fifteen minutes from Graceland.

A great hotel

I really enjoyed the staff, Torie was so amazing at checkin and shavon checked in on my stay via text. they were so pleasant all weekend. The live band and DJ is a huge plus just for the vibes. Room was comfortable. We will stay here again when we come back.

Exceptional

Great location. 5 minute walk to Beale St. Minutes by car to other attractions such as Sun Studio, civil rights museum. Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was secure and adjacent to hotel. However, it was $32 a night.

The location and front desk staff were extremely helpful The lady at the breakfast buffet was rude all because we didn’t want to spend $15 on some bacon, sausage, eggs and potatoes. That was a little pricey for only four to five items.

The room and halls are clean and quiet. For some reason they gave us an accessible (handicapped) room which we didn't reserve. The pool was nice and clean. We used the gym every day and it was also nice. The restaurant/ bar is great too. Shout out to the polite bartender. The staff is polite but won't go the extra mile. Housekeeping is every other day. It was a great 3 days but we will definitely book something else next time we are in Memphis.

This is a very nice hotel. Most of the staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the lady serving breakfast. She was very rude. The breakfast buffet is 15.00 a person and it’s not worth the money. If we stay again we skip the breakfast.
