Everything was wonderful

Parking inconvenient and staff did not explain it fully, leading to unnecessary parking charges. Have to ask for everything at front desk...washcloths, shampoo, ice, food on breakfast buffet. And only 1 working elevator. Beds were comfortable. But I won't stay there again.

Love the hotel. Needs a bit of Refresh for floor corridors ( carpet upgrade) rooms painted and lobby floors ( upgrades). Other than that the Hu. has become a favorite stay of mine

When we checked in, our room was warm and thought maybe because no one had been in it, it just needed to cool down. We left for dinner and lowered the AC, when we returned it was even hotter. Room was not clean to standard. When i went to the front desk it took almost an hour to get a room change. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Mississippi River view from the rooftop is triple plus. I would come just to 2njoy the sunset from up there. Other than that the stuff kind and helpful.

This was a wonderful hotel in a perfect part of downtown Memphis. We will be back!!

The front desk staff were great—friendly and so helpful. The rooftop bar was lovely, too.

Nice stay nice room nice staff

We didn't have to rent a car while during our stay. The hotel was close to the trolly and the River boat. We did have to use an uber a few times to get to the museums but was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions we had.

This hotel is a 4.2 in my book. The customer service was fantastic during check-in and during breakfast. People were extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the 16th floor facility west and the room was always hot. Very quiet location with a fantastic view.

Friendly staff, very convenient to Beale Street.

The Hotel was probably a very place back in the days but the hotel is in desperate need of an update and a renovation. There are stains all over the room and walls.

Booked for the weekend for my 30th birthday came from texas we loved our stay here clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is my go to hotel in Memphis. The staff if friendly and always willing to help. I like all aspects of the hotel.

Property was unwilling to assist with a reschedule after being notified of a death in the family.
