The whole property feels great very calm and good for an excape Its a bit far from the shore and there is no taxis in menaggio so people had to walk all the way up, good thing we rented a car, but everything else was amazing

Special thanks to Sophia, for being very quick and attentive during our stay. She also quickly helped us solve the problem of finding a taxi when we were in a difficult situation. We are also incredibly grateful to her amazing mother, who kindly drove us to our destination and made us feel truly welcome with her warmth and generosity. The kindness and hospitality of the rest of the hotel staff made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future. The only small downside was the location's accessibility. While it is indicated that it is about a 15-minute walk away, the route includes a fairly steep uphill section. Arriving with suitcases was challenging, especially since no taxis were available. However, the comfort of the hotel and the outstanding hospitality of the staff more than made up for this inconvenience.

This is a lovely small hotel with very attractive finishes throughout. The grounds and pool area are very nicely kept with pretty flowers and bushes throughout. The hotel is positioned up in the hills and has great views of the area and lake. Breakfast was excellent and service very friendly. Sofia, the front desk agent was incredible, very sweet and kind and helped my aunt and I with recommendations and how to get around. Dimi was very nice as well! I booked 2 separate reservations and the first night the room was very small for 2 people. However, the second night we had a room with the view of the lake and that was very beautiful. The breakfast was good, the location is a bit far up the hill from the main areas and ferry but it's not bad to walk it without luggage, with big luggage i would recommend a taxi/bus although the buses are not great and don't run frequently. You can call the hotel and they can arrange a taxi for you. I would recommend this hotel! A bit out dated, but we were told it would go under renovation this year.

A very nice hotel on the hill above Menaggio center. The hotel is very nice, well decorated and well kept. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lovely young lady Sofia at the reception who was very friendly and keen to help and make the guests feel like at home. The room was a bit small (19 m2). Breakfast is good but I've seen better.

Great location, 15 minute walk to town. Staff was very helpful. The uphill 15 minute walk back from town. :)
