Great breakfast and the staff in morning and evening were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was refreshing and clean. Shower was a little small and didn’t drain well.

Super friendly staff. Short walk down the village center. After a good dinner it might be a little challenging to get back up ?, but nonetheless good calories burn. Place has a pool, restaurant and you can reserve a parking spot.

Most expansive breakfast feast! Wonderful food and so many options! Great friendly helpful staff. Room had a view of Lake Como. It’s pretty far from the ferry and was quite the workout to lug up our suitcases. The hotel offers a shuttle for hire, but we didn’t know our exact arrival time to take advantage of it. If you want a good walk each day it gives good value, but would not recommend for people who have trouble getting around.

Staff is friendly and flexible. Room view was not great, no air conditioning. If you keep windows open, you get bugs inside.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Parking was easy. We only stayed for one night, but we could have stayed longer. The location was convenient, and the funicular made it easy to explore and enjoy Como.

The view was phenomenal!!! Beautiful place, in a beautiful location!! The young man who checked us in was absolutely excellent. Hat’s off to his parent ( owners) for raising such a good and polite young man! Room was nice sized, with a balcony. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the lake como area and looking for a nice quiet getaway!! Having to leave after a short stay! Now that we have found this gem, we will return for a longer stay!

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and accepted to a few requests regarding flexibility on check-in/out times, room cleaning times. The facilities are also great, with a swimming pool and a restaurant. Getting to the property without a car requires walking uphill for 10-15 mins from the centre of Menaggio, though the route is beautiful to walk.

My room had nice view of lake...Not a great one but it was good. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Very clean place. It was a hike from the ferry station. There were no fans and AC didnt work....We were on second floor and kept doors open whole night and that helped.
