The room wasn’t super clean, we had dirty sticky floors and a sticky TV remote. The air conditioner didn’t work, we called reception

Easy check in and check out Only concern was the upstairs occupants who were walking hard most of the night and morning back and forth...

Good location - walking distance to Stanford Mall, the shops and restaurants of University Street, and the bus/train station, connecting to public transit and the free transport shuttle to the Stanford Campus. Noise was amplified from upstairs such that simple walking sounded like pounding. Earplugs were on the night stand, so clearly this is an existing issue. Ask for an upstairs room.

Pleasant design considering the small property size. We had a lovely view of the pool. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was enough; everyone in my party found something tasty to eat. The pool uses copper as an algaecide, so my daughter's hair turned slightly green.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed me and were very co ncerned for my comfort. The Wi-Fi connection was frustrating. I had difficulties accessing online applications Also, the refridgeraas set that the food barely stayed cold.
