Holiday Inn Cleveland Northeast - Mentor by IHG

It was an older hotel but they have maintained it. It was very clean but could use a little updating. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of options to eat around the hotel. And the Sheetz gas station has food fast chargers. The beds could use new mattresses because you sink almost to the bottom and did not spring back. So I didn't get a good night's sleep. I also was slanted towards the edge. The ac worked very well and it was quiet.

Great place, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were really great. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful.

I am still waiting for holds to be released on my card. 100 dollars 2 times

Room never got cold

The hotel is clean, the service is very pleasant. The breakfast was very poor, and this is the only minus. Although I rarely stay in hotels, I guess it's normal.. In general, everything is ok, quiet, peaceful and pleasant

Breakfast was terrible. Paid extra got over-peppered potatoes that were undercooked and cold. Got tiny "french toast" supposed to mimic cinnamon toast crunch was rubbery pancakes that were a struggle to eat. Cream cheese tasted more like butter than cream cheese. Eggs were undercooked. Hotel room: shower had one temperature and no shampoo. Body wash lotion and conditioner no shampoo. Found food that had not been vacuumed clearly between the bed and the night stand. Favorite staff member big shout out to Jay. He was kind and made us feel welcome.

Easy check in How the cleaners knocked on my door waking my new born baby every 15 minutes checking to see if we were still there. Check out was at 11 and this started at 930 in the morning

The property was clean and has a nice swimming pool, the complementary breakfast was good We walked out of our rooms to take our bags out, we didn’t turn in our hotel keys and when we walked back to our hotel room the cleaner was already in there ripping the sheets off the bed and taking trash out… he handed the rest of our belongings and said “we forgot them” we did not forget them we didn’t check out!

Clean, friendly staff, lots of parking spaces, many restaurants around the area. Everything was good for this price.

Overall did not feel clean, everything smelled, the ac was filled with grime and dirt that kept blowing into the room. The furniture was covered in a layer of dust and there were rings from cups where they had not wiped things down.

Had our do no disturb sign on the door and starting at 9:15 am kept getting woken up by housekeeping. At 9:30 housekeeping tried to come in the room.

The staff was excellent; front desk and cleaning crew. Breakfast was mediocre but the staff was excellent. Expensive

It was fine for the price. We didn't stay long.

Breakfast was great and staff are friendly.

I enjoyed the breakfast bar. I enjoyed the variety each morning as I was there for a week
