the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice

Clean room and the air conditioning is amazing!

Absolutely disgusting! One of our beds blankets has someone's bodily fluids on it ( luckily I had my own sheets and blankets) it says no smoking anywhere but its definitely not enforced. I didnt have the guts to shower here but my buddy did and the shower ended up being clogged.I almost got a different hotel that night the only reason I didn't is because we got in late and needed to be up early. The check in we waited for 10 minutes for someone who finally showed up clearly high on something. I will never stay at this establishment in any state ever again. %100 do not recommend.

If you're looking for somewhere cheap to sleep near Historic Kirtland, this place will do. But don't expect any amenities. No breakfast. No coffee pot in room. No fridge. No microwave. The room also smelled quite bad. On the up side, the wifi signal was surprisingly strong -- but that may have been a function of the location of my room.

The shower didn't drain well and the beds weren't very comfortable :-( Staff at check in was nice enough and location to the highway is good. There was enough grassy area for the dog which was nice.

Make sure you bring your phone charger (the block and cord). Also had to request a hair dryer.

The room stunk so bad the floors were dirty the tub fell apart in the middle of the night. And the front desk person was a jerk. Floors were sticky and there was dirt and dust behind e erything and hair

Price is affordable. Property is showing its age and furnishings are dated. Ceiling is stained. Very limited toiletries provided. Location was convenient for us. If you’re watching your budget then you will be fine here.

Superb

Basic needed clean room. No dirt or bad odor.

Tub would not drain, had standing water. No shampoo. No additional toilet paper, almost none left. Huge swaths of paint missing.

The staff was amazing. I did love how clean the room was for this amazing price you really don't want to stay anywhere else

The red roof inn was clean, the staff was friendly enough. It seems to be an older hotel that is upgrading. We had a new fridge and microwave which is always appreciated.

Also the bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners and spider and web near floor by the heat/air system. Room size(premium king) was decent and bed was pretty comfortable.

The rooms were clean but surprised there was no refrigerator or microwave in room.

It was convenient for me to be able to park my 34’ travel trailer across from my room. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. The property itself was fine. The issue was there really weren’t too many places to get food around there

This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.
