Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Mentor/ Willoughby

No breakfast. Staying there was stressful food wise. My room was cleaned only once and restroom not cleaned

Check-in was quick, room was ready and reasonably clean, I slept well. HOWEVER, I couldn’t use the sink because the stopper got stuck closed - brushed teeth over the bathtub. I’d paid extra to have an in-room coffee maker - a part was missing so pod couldn’t be inserted properly - no in-room coffee. When checking out the Front Desk clerk’s only question was to ask if I’d reported problems to Front desk, then advise any refund of the “luxury” portion of my room payment couldn’t happen since room was prepaid through Expedia. Not even an apology for my inconvenience.

Paint was peeling off the ceiling tub floor was dirty. For a handicap room surprise that it had a tub and not a walk in shower When I checked in. Clerk showed me my room on a floor plan with people behind me that could see where I was staying. That made me a little nervous.

No refrigerator. No microwave. No couch. Small room. There was no wifi in the room. If you go to complain about it they show you that it works fine in the office, but they don't give you any support or try to fix it.

Bathroom shower curtain stinks like sweat, and the smell infused the whole unit after the shower. The room also had smoke smell. Otherwise, it was clean inside. There was overflow trash around the trash can outside, and people left trash even outside the front office. They had nice landscape with red and white flowers, so it was sad to see trash left around the hallways in the property.

Room was fine but we arrived about 9pm and couldn’t get in the room for about 45 minutes

For the price of this room, I was very disappointed. there was no refrigerator (I have a med that needs refrigeration) or coffee maker in the room. I usually find both in a room, but I guess I didn’t check the listing close enough. I walked down to the lobby at about 5:20 and there is a coffee pot in there. However the young lady who was maning the desk signaled to me that they don’t make it till later. Traveling across country as I do and being a coffee drinker, these things are important to me for an early start

Lights in room shorted out above sink. No coffee available or buffet. Not handicapped accessible.

Not so clean room, smell bad. Air conditioning is loud. Don't stay here!

Not a bad place to stay, but it definitely needs to be updated.

If you pay more than $80 for this place it's too much. Moldy shower curtain and ceiling, stained bed sheet. Could hear bugs or mice at night. Not the worst I have stayed in, but by far not the best

The property definitely needs to be updated. I would not want to stay here by myself.

The location is old, requires renovation. Rooms are just barely OK. Bathrooms are tiny and double occupancy rooms are very small.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was on and working. Parking was somewhat difficult, but we arrived after 9 pm, so that was expected. The staff was attentive and helpful. We will be back. :)
