Had a bad experience with the receptionist and the the manager that I won’t recommend it to anyone No AC No coffee machine nor kettle The receptionist unprofessional and so is the manger that they have zero ability to solve their own mistakes fairly .

( genuine ) vintage hotel dating back to BelleEpoque era ( beginning of 1900 ) . many ancient paintings & antiquities at the lobbies. nice wooden room. high-quality breakfast. friendly and skilled reception team . poor value for your money. great attention for vintage details but less for modernity. two star guesthouse bathroom (luckily ours was supposedly upgraded room #36...). the jacuzzi must be cleaned the morning after. in my opinion ( thx to my commercial job during the years on the road i have been having the opportunity to stay at many hotels with spa/swimming pool over IT and Europe ) the temperature of the pool was too low... barely reaching 29°C... during winter time may result a bit cold for a for a non-Tyrolean/German...

Amazing authentic hotel in amazing town. There was no teapot in the room. It’s a pity because we like tea a lot))) But it should stop you to book this hotel. It’s outstanding.

A stunning and historical property, excellently maintained. We loved the lift, decor, old world refined luxury. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Garden and pool were beautiful. Hotel was refined and felt exclusive. Nothing - loved every bit of it.
