Truly enjoyed my stay in all regards: room with a mountain view, excellent breakfast, location, safety, and very friendly staff. I especially liked the spa facilities. The staff was very polite and helpful. And I heard that the food they serve at the restaurant is very good. Parking (outside) is very tight, and you may find a car parked beyond its parking spot's lines. It happened to me; I was concerned about another car scratching my car, so since I do not mind walking, I chose to park somewhere else (I did not want to pay extra for indoor parking.)

Beautiful, modern and clean pool and spa area. Clean, light and spacious room with a balcony with a mountain view. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the centre of Merano down a pleasant trail and along the river. Nothing

The WIFI signal was poor in the rooms. This is an issue for a business stay as Zoom meetings were not possible and WIFI too slow for some operations desired.

The room was spacey, the position great. The spa could use a change or two probably, didn’t love it.

Hotel Staff tried to resolve the very loud High School kids in the hotel; Hotel Staff listened to our feedback about the noise Partying High School kids day in and day out while we were there; There was not parking spaces in covered garage for the guests - this can be improved e.g. Hotel staff should not park/block the cars of the hotel guests; Some dinners were ok, some not

Parking garage for our motorbikes was good. The reception girls were very helpful.

Good location with a pool. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed pillows (large and small) were much better than in other hotels. It was pleasant to sit ouside on the balcony. There was no fridge in the room.
