We had a corner room with two balconies, which we enjoyed in the evening. There are plenty of outdoor sitting areas around the outside pool, which was in the back of the hotel. Location was nice and quiet and about 20 minutes to walk into town, but bus rides are free with the guest card. The staff was super nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel.

Great breakfast selection, lovely garden and pool, friendly staff, nice location in a beautiful area Pricing quite high but seems to be typical for the area, mattress rather hard, hair dryer outdated and not very powerful

Very cozy and homey feel, very well cleaned and nice rooms! The hotel is in a quiet location, but a bit of a walk down to the city center.

The view from our balcony was nice. The room was very clean. I felt mistrusted when the receptionist asked me to pay everything in advanced. I said i d pay everything when we check out in the morning. She insisted we should pay now.

For dose who want to stay in the center it might be a bit far, 20m walk to the Portici. But we like the walk along the river

My mum stayed for a week during her trip to Meran and she really enjoyed her stay. Staff were super nice and helpful, room was nice and breakfast by the pool was lovely. Location was good with walking distance to town and the castle. Nice bakery and restaurants nearby.

Location was interesting internet was non-existent in our (luxurious) room at front of hotel. There is no where to go to in the evening to get internet outside the room. Parking is very limited
