Terrace and View, pool, friendly staff, accommodating for parking our van! A little more choice at breakfast would have been lovely but it was totally sufficient. Also, we were there in a het wave and so the room was pretty warm with the door open (not any breeze!) - A fan would be great.

Room was very warm, no fan inside the room and outside door shutter did not work.

Pool towels would be good

Would have been nice to have been informed about the bar and restaurant not being open.

Very well kept, exceptionally friendly staff. Calm area within walking distance from town center and buss stops just around the corner. Facilities are really good - pool, small workout area, massage treatments, small bistro, fresh breakfast buffet, bike rental.. Nothing felt like it was missing or faulty.

Good position. Clean. Comfortable. Nice and big garage. It was a bit hot in the night, even with the window open it needs some hours to cool down. I don't understand why you can't enter after 10pm. I would have liked more lactose free options for the breakfast pastries.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the old city. Parking garage. Very helpful staff. Quiet. WiFi signal in my room was weak, probably due to the thick walls in the building.

The staff members are in general very kind. The lady with whom I did the check in is likewise helpful, friendly and graceful. The gentleman who dealt with my check out is also kind and helpful. Just two of the waitresses working at the restaurant at dinner time were somewhat aloof; the youngest one was even unpleasant. At any rate, the employee who is endowed with the best qualities in that hotel is Imola, the lady working at the restaurant at breakfast time. Apart from her kindness and good manners, she is the epitome of the elegance. The bed was comfortable. It'd have been better if the mattress had been a bit tougher. The breakfast was good and varied. I missed anyway the dried dates and plumps. The building isn't soundproof. When the other customers occupying the neighbouring bedrooms arrive one hears some shouts and door slams. Thanks God it happens just upon the arrival in the evening of the said people. Then, at night the ambiance is peaceful. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom. In these circumstances I wasn't even offered an electric fan. Sometimes I perspired as if I were in a sauna. It's actually not a big problem for me, that's why I didn't complain, but it may be so for some other people. The room maids not always perform their job properly. Sometimes they enter room even if the "do not disturb" sign is hanging from the door handle; some days they do not clean at all. No kettles are at the customers disposal. I had to go every evening to the restaurant to ask for a cup of hot water, and it's there where I met with the bad temper of the aforesaid young waitress.

Nicely situated hotel in the residential area of Meran at about 20 min walk of the centre. A close by bus will also bring you there. The rooms are practically furnished, from the terrace one enjoys a nice view to the city and surrounding mountains. The area is absolutely calm and one can enjoy a good sleep. Parking is free and easy in the hotel’s garage. The personel is welcoming. You will get at the reception a ‘Meran Card’ which offers you free entry to many museums in the whole of southern Tyrol. When it is very hot in summer one misses an air conditioning in the room.
