Prime location in the centre of Meran. We had a lovely suite with private whirlpool on the roof with exceptional views. Breakfast was good and the welcome due to our honeymoon was lovely. Somehow the team always knew who we were. - The AC did not work, for us we don’t use it for temperature control for us it helps us to sleep better in general. - the kingbed is separated in two matrasses and it only has two small blankets. A big kingside blanket was not available. However they told it’s normal in Meran, for us as a couple not ideal

The hotel is conveniently located near the centre/old town. The spa facilities are superb, the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and our room exceeded our expectations. For anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat, this is the place to go.

The property was a short walk to the old town and it’s many walking paths. The grounds included a beautiful green space and were quite peaceful. The room and it’s bathroom were impeccably clean, not even a water spot on the shower! Everything met or exceeded expectations.
