This is a beautifully kept boutique hotel that is a real gem. The owners, staff, extreme cleanliness, breakfast, dinner, and swimming pool(s) were all great. Our room was large tastefully designed as is the entire hotel throughout. The location is outside Meran which gives you more calm and within 1 minute walk to bus stop(free bus and train pass for entire region). The view is wonderful and you can walk to a few nearby towns as well as Trautmansdorf Castle (10 min walk). There are massage options in the spa/wellness area- sauna and showers add to a very positive experience. No A/C is only a negative if you are not flexible, on the plus side makes it more environmentally friendly? The beautiful view made up for our balcony overlooking the terrace, ie less privacy during breakfast or dinner. However there are multiple areas in the hotel to relax and cool down.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, with amazing views over the surrounding mountains. The owner was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade. The room was very clean, spacious and after a very long trip it was the perfect fit for good relaxation. The breakfast was superb! I liked everything about this hotel!

A little way out of the town centre, the hotel is on the edge of a park in a quiet neighbourhood. No problem parking the motorbikes. A small indoor and a small outdoor pool. Lovely big room with large balcony. Nice terraces for drinks and dinner. The restaurant was excellent - you can either pick individual courses or have the whole thing (small enough portions). Friendly and professional staff.

The piano while at dinner was beautiful. The rooftop was very calming too. The Facade of the hotel was a little cheap and old.

We loved this hotel! We met friends for the weekend. Together we were four adults and seven children. It is clean, beautiful, modern but charming and the family who owns it is so kind and helpful! It is walking distance to a castle and gardens. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and lunch. The pool was the perfect temperature and perfect for adults and children. We will definitely come back! Everything was great. I wouldn't change a thing.

It‘s a cute Family owned Hotel. Everybody were super nice and helpful. We had a few last minute unexpected changes on our part and the Hotel was very understanding and were able to find a solution right away. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Convenient location very close to botanical gardens and about a 20min walk into town Secure private parking Nice enough buffet breakfast with hot food (upon request) If you send a message to the property via Booking they aren’t very responsive. I asked the hotel for dinner recommendations for my partner’s Bday dinner and received a rather short unenthusiastic reply from Ingrid. The hotel wasn’t able to help with dinner recommendations at all. The swimming pool rather small (looks much bigger on the website) too many people for the pool area

Staff at the property exceptional : could not do enough to ensure we were happy. Room ( suite) was exceptional ( we we’re upgraded)… spacious. We loved the quiet location ( 20-30 min walk outside old Centre of Meran ), but 10 mins from the botanical gardens ( Trautmannsdorf), which is well worth a visit . Facilities at the hotel ( pool , sauna ) so clean and garden / furniture top condition . This is a beautiful hotel to stay in .
