Comfort Suites Boise West Meridian

The lady at the desk that worked the mid shift was very kind and helpful as there were issues with the toilet so she accommodated us with moving us to a different room! From my understanding we were not the only room that was having issues.

Our room was missing a refrigerator and cushioned chair which were listed as amenities. The staffs response was that they were undergoing renovations. No apology for the inconvenience. The shower head screamed the entire time it was running. We were on a month long trip and needed these amenities advertised. We would not stay here again.

Clean and had no issues

On top of that, the evening of day 2, high school aged baseball players were staying there for summer league games. The boys were somewhat loud (not overly obnoxious, just high school boys having fun-it didn’t bother our group). Well, the SAME lady was getting annoyed and told them to quit running up the stairs and I’m not quite sure what else was said. So next thing you know, at about 10:30pm the elevators get shut off! We couldn’t believe it! Our group was hanging out in the common area on the second floor and we had a big stroller we had to pack up a large flights of stairs! We weren’t in the mood to deal with her, but I’m pretty sure that violates fire code and who knows what else…She wasn’t there the next day to discuss, but we won’t be back at that hotel next time we visit because of her.

Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast hostess was very kind and helpful. She was so positive. The only negative would be the interstate noise. It could be heard even through ear plugs. I would totally stay here again. I would ask for a room on the opposite side of the hallway though.

Exceptional

Hot and cold breakfast was available and a nice way to start the day. Very thankful for the cold air conditioning, as it was 100+ degrees during my stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was awesome, the hot tub and pool were a treat! Our rooms were clean! The coffee pot in one room didn't work, but there was coffee in the lobby and the breakfast room, so all was not lost!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We completely enjoyed our stay. I give my full recommendation.

Everything was great. Staffs were great during check in and check out. Room was neat, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was great. Thank you.

Rooms were a great size. We had four rooms total. There were two with stuff on the walls, they were dirty. The toilets were horrible in all rooms. They didn’t want to flush and would just run water. The shower heads had buildup on them so sprayed everywhere. Breakfast was not that appetizing and could have been a better selection.

Convenient, clean, plenty of parking, great location for eating, entertainment, and other activities.

Highly recommend. It was close to the waterpark was impressed how clean this was and very accommodating to my husbands disability.

The one most negative was the breakfast room attendant. She was curt and unpleasant in our interactions with her. She was continuously talking hovering over the food bar making it difficult and untimely to prepare a breakfast.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
