Good breakfast for the price. The room was cleaned, towels changed, toiletries refilled every day.

Great facilities, clean rooms, friendly staff, wide range of options for breakfast. Only problem is location; not relatively close to metro stations and a bit inconvenient for communication in general.

Spacious room The cleanliness is not taken seriously. The small bottles of shampoo and body wash are refilled, but they are not cleaned, you see residue of ol liquids on them. They look horrible. The towels are so old. At breakfast, the tongs are so old and not functioning properly. They are supposed to help us grab food, however they are so loose that you can't grab a piece of bread or cheese. The Internet is SOOOO SLOWWW. On checkout I asked the staff to provide a receipt, they said they will email it to me, till now they haven't, it's been 4 days that I checked out.

The room sizes and the cleanness They turn off all lights at the lobby at 2 am although we were still sitting in the lobby and we told them that we are here sitting so they just turn on few light bulbs for us !!!!!!!!!! Water temperature at the shower is very difficult to control it …

Nothing Poor hygiene, no lightin room, tiny room with column in the middle. All construction around with full of dust and smoke. I end up not staying there and nothing been compensated too.

Price It’s not 5 star at all It’s stand alone without any surrounded facilities The staff are so aggressive, and not welcoming at all except the porter (Farahat) he is so Kind. My experience at this hotel is not repeatable.
